At Berck we believe that your satisfaction is of utmost importance and we want you to be thrilled with your new handmade luxury product. We do not offer a return or exchange option because ALL products are handmade to order just for you... However, we stand behind our product quality so much so that we do offer a repair option that extends 6 months from the date of purchase. During the 6 month period we will pay for shipping both ways for any manufacturers defects. After 6 months we will still offer a repair option that will range from $0-$50 depending on the damage and it will be the owner of the product's responsibility to pay for shipping both ways. BERCK INTERIORS VIRTUAL DESIGN REFUND POLICY
Berck Cozy Casual Interiors Virtual Design Services offers a 24 hour cancellation window (from the time/date of order) with a full refund. However, if cancelling beyond the 24 hour window, there will be no refunds offered.
Cancellations must be submitted by email. Please enter "Cancellation" on the subject line, including your order number, and your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
