Caring for your Berck Jewelry:

Store your jewelry in a dry location. Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Minimize exposure to perspiration and do not wear in saltwater or chlorinated water. Keep away from perfumes and lotions, as they can tarnish jewelry faster. Remove jewelry before working out or doing other vigorous activities. Remove before sleeping.

We recommend  storing your jewelry away from other metals to avoid oxidization. 

Our jewelry is made from 14k Gold over brass, 14k over stainless steel, stainless steel, antique brass, or Sterling Silver (.925). Some oxidation is inevitable, however, to prolong the life of your jewelry pieces, we recommend following the above guidelines. 

Jewelry Return Policy:

We offer a 14 day exchange (from the date of delivery) on any unworn jewelry. Please email us for an RMA and instructions on placing your exchange order.

Items received damaged must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery

Return shipping for exchange items is to be paid by the purchaser.
