• Stop strong topicals: Avoid using retinoids, scrubs, or other harsh exfoliants for 3 to 7 days before your peel.
• Cleanse your face: Wash your face with a mild, non-stripping cleanser and pat your skin completely dry.
• Protect sensitive zones: Smear a thin layer of petroleum jelly around the corners of your eyes, lips, and nostrils to shield those delicate areas.

Application Process

• Pump a few drops of the glycolic acid solution into a small glass bowl
• Apply swiftly: Use a gauze pad to sweep the liquid quickly and evenly across your face, starting at the forehead and moving down to the cheeks and chin.
• Set a timer: Keep the peel on for the approximately 2 to 3 minutes for beginners.
• Listen to your skin: Expect a mild tingling sensation. If you feel intense burning, extreme stinging, or notice severe redness before the time is up, neutralize the acid immediately.

Removal and Aftercare

• Neutralize Rinse: Rinse your face thoroughly with cool water to completely stop the process.
