How to Use:

Keep your ice roller icy cold or at the least, refrigerated to get the best results... For use on the face, roll the tool over face and neck for approximately 5-10 minutes... How to Use for Aching Muscles:

  1. Prep: Freeze the roller for at least 20 minutes (or a couple of hours).
  2. Apply: Roll gently over sore muscles (calves, quads, forearms, neck, upper back).
  3. Duration: Roll for 15-20 seconds at a time, repeating a few times, or for 30-45 seconds with more pressure for deeper therapy, but don't exceed 15 minutes on one spot.
  4. Motion: Use a slow, gliding motion to increase blood flow and soothe tissue. 

Always keep it in the freezer for best results and avoid using it on joints, bones, or the lower back, and stop if the cold is too intense or causes pain, ensuring the skin is dry before application
