Virtual Interior Design Services Cancellation/Refund Policy

 

Berck Designs Virtual Design Services offers a 24 hour cancellation window (from the time/date of order) with a full refund. However, if cancelling beyond the 24 hour window, there will be no refunds offered. 

Cancellations must be submitted by email. Please enter "Cancellation" on the subject line, including your order number, and your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
