We have been creating handmade products for well over a decade, and we are proud to say that we have only had a Handful of repairs in all of that time!  Berck™ only uses the finest and highest quality leathers and hardware when hand-making our top quality products.  So, we are confident that you will have no issues with your Berck™ bags or accessories, but, if you do, we stand behind our work with a LIMITED LIFETIME REPAIR WARRANTY.  If something should happen, simply ship it back to us (at your cost), and we will handle it right away and make sure it is back in your hands ASAP.

**If incident occurs within 90 days of purchase, Berck will pay for shipping costs incurred when shipping back to customer. Beyond 90 days, customer is required to pay for shipping to and from, Berck will cover the cost of the repair.
